What the current service uses and why.
Account and shop information
Sqare stores seller account details, shop information, offers and uploaded photos to operate the service. Public shop and offer information can be viewed without an account. Account passwords are handled by the authentication backend.
WhatsApp contact
With seller consent, a verified business contact is used to open WhatsApp enquiries. People following that handoff can see the contact number in WhatsApp. Sqare does not receive the content of private WhatsApp conversations.
Interest and essential storage
The service uses an essential sign-in cookie and short-lived session information to measure offer views, initiated shares and contact attempts. These measurements are interactions, not verified people, conversations or sales.
Reports and support
Report details and optional follow-up contact information are available to authorised staff, not the reported seller. Support requests are associated with the seller account and are visible to that account and authorised operators.
Your information
Keep public details current in your workspace. Use Help to request correction, account removal or assistance with your data. Operational and moderation records may need to be retained to handle safety, disputes about Sqare services or applicable obligations.
